Jessi Massingale is a Principal and a professional environmental engineer and oceanographer with over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting. She has applied her expertise to multi-PLP federal and state cleanup projects that include RI/FSs, regulatory strategy and compliance, upland and in-water engineering design and modeling, cost estimating, permitting, construction, and post-construction confirmation monitoring. She has also served as a non-testifying expert in litigation. Jessi is a certified mediator and has participated in PLP group mediations to support parties in finding mutually acceptable paths forward.
