Emily Jones is an Associate Principal and environmental engineer with over 15 years in environmental consulting. She has used her environmental chemistry expertise to develop appropriately protective and implementable remedies under MTCA, RCRA, and CERCLA regulatory programs. Her specialties include strategic technical allocation support to clients participating in multi-party cleanups and stormwater source control and permit compliance. She has served as a testifying and non-testifying expert in litigation related to the NPDES and Clean Water Act, and as a non-testifying expert in MTCA cost recovery litigation.
